Located at 319 Barton Street, The Bridge House has provided transitional housing for men exiting incarceration for almost 40 years. Our program hosts up to six men at a time. Our Transitional Housing clients are supported by our dedicated staff and have access to our in-house services and programs during their stay. The goal of The Bridge’s Transitional Housing Program is to provide secure housing to clients as they work towards accessing permanent housing arrangements after incarceration.
Our Transitional Housing program provides case management and other services to the men such as employment support, peer support, clothing, food security and other services that will help them improve their quality of life and transition into permanent, stable housing.
