Michael Raynsford
Case & Program Manager
Mike first started out with The Bridge as a volunteer in 2018 and helped put together an addiction support program. Mike later joined the staff in 2019 as a Case Worker at The Bridge House in Hamilton. In 2024 Mike also became our Program Manager. Mike assists our clients with case management, group facilitation, and peer support. He provides trauma-informed reintegration support to our clients transitioning out of custody. As part of his role as Program Manager, Mike reports to the Board of Directors with data and information he gathers from the front line. This is used to enhance programming and services for better client care results. He also works with each committee to assist in the growth and stability of the organization.
