The Bridge is open four days a week and we have caseworkers on-site to provide Intensive Case Management services to  Outreach Clients.  

Services include:

  • Housing Advocacy and Processing Applications
  • Support with OW and ODSP Applications
  • Employment and Skills Training Counselling Referrals
  • Addictions and Mental Health Peer Support
  • Food Security support
  • Referrals and Connections to Community Supports including Emergency Food Services, Rehabilitative Services, Mobile Crisis Supports, Legal Clinics, ID Clinics, Harm Reduction Services, etc.

   Drop-In hours are Monday between 1 and 3 PM.
