The Bridge Hamilton

The Bridge Hamilton reintegration services are for all formally incarcerated men seeking supports in areas of housing advocacy, income support, mental health & addictions support, social connections and life skills. 

Our Transitional Housing Services are for formally incarcerated men who need temporary housing as they seek long term housing solutions. (Paused)

Note: Referrals are welcomed from any community agencies, but self-referral is an option as well.  Our referral form is available online, or it can be filled out in person with one of our staff.
