This May, the Bridge is launching our United in Restoration Campaign: A Call to Ontario Faith Communities.  Over the past 40 years of delivering reintegration services, the support of faith communities has played an important role to the sustainability of The Bridge and the life of our clients.  Local faith communities have partnered with us through donations, fundraisers and through contributing volunteer hours and building meaningful relationships with our clients.  This summer we would like to United In Restoration Campaign: A Call to Faith Communities.  The Bridge is seeking opportunities to strengthen partnerships with local faith communities.  We are open to invitations to deliver web-based presentations as part of faith gatherings and worship services and share the story of The Bridge and our work in promoting reconciliation and restorative reintegration supports for people who were formally incarcerated.  We are also interested in inviting faith community members and leaders to consider giving to the United in Restoration Campaign.  Our goal is to raise $200,000 that will help us keep our Barton Street Transitional Housing Program open and available to men existing prisons and seeking housing in Hamilton.  If you are a faith leader/community member and are interested in learning more about this campaign, please contact Fanis, our Executive Director at executive.director@hamilton-bridge.ca
